OUTING FEES AND SERVICES
Your outing can enjoy the comforts of our recently remodeled entertainment room located at the northwest end of the clubhouse. This room comfortably seats up to 72 people. Our outing packages cater to both small groups and large corporate events and provides all the amenities to make your event a success. Our professional staff will ensure that every aspect of your day will be worry free, relaxing, and enjoyable. Treat your players to a memorable round of golf at Sarah Shank Golf Course.

All standard tee time golf packages begin with the following amenities: Green fees, cart fees, outings services, and $6 per person in credit. The $6 per person credit includes your choice of the following:
Option #1- Box lunch consisting of turkey and ham sandwiches, chips, fruit or crackers, candy bar and a drink of your choice (including beer).
Option #2- Pro Shop Gift Certificate Prize Fund- Your outing will have $6 per person to spend in any manner in the Pro Shop. *Gift Certificates are for Instock Pro Shop Merchandise
Option #3- Drink tickets (3 tickets per person) to be used at our Snack Bar and on the Beverage Cart
*Cookout lunch may be substituted before or after golf for $3 more (minimum 32 people)
Catered meals can be added- Price is determined on choice of menu
OUTING SERVICES
· Green fee and cart
· Registration tables
· Closest to pin and long drive markers
· Staged golf carts for easy loading and dispersing with nametags on golf carts
· Scorecards made out
· Rules sheets prepared
· Scoreboard preparation, scoring, and results tabulation at the end of the event
· PA system for announcements and awards
· The fee also includes $6 per person for either a box lunch or $6 per person in a gift certificate prize fund (your choice)
The standard packages are for TEE TIMES only. We can accommodate shotgun starts; the pricing will depend on the time of day and month.
RESERVATION AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE
A deposit fee of $180 is due upon receiving the contract. This guarantees your date and time of event. The remaining fees must be paid ten (10) days in advance of event day.
SHOTGUN START / MODIFIED SHOTGUN STARTS
Sarah Shank Golf Course requires a minimum of 120 players for a full field shotgun start golf outing. This would guarantee the golf course to your group for the time needed.
We can accommodate groups smaller than 120 by the way of a modified or reverse shotgun start. The fee for your outing would be contingent on the number of players, date, and time of day that your event would take place.

We are excited to offer along with any of our Outings an oppurtunity to add COMEDY ENTERTAINMENT. Jeff McDonald has written for the Bob and Tom Radio show, opened for Jerry Seinfeld and Drew Carey and has appeared in commericals for Nascar , He travels all over the country and now is available for your Group or Outing .
